Claudia Ezeani
Claudia is an occupational therapist and personal trainer originally from Austin, Texas. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Howard University and is passionate about helping individuals improve function, build strength, and regain confidence in their daily lives. With a blended background in therapy and fitness, Claudia focuses on making wellness accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for clients of all ages and abilities. She is committed to empowering people to move better, feel stronger, and thrive in their daily routines.

Daniel Grimes
Daniel has been passionate about fitness and athletics from a young age, developing a strong foundation in overall health and wellness through years of training and competition. Having played soccer at a collegiate level and growing up playing basketball and golf, he brings a well-rounded approach to fitness. Daniel thrives on motivating others and is dedicated to helping individuals of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, make progress toward their goals. He is excited to be part of the RevampFIT community and looks forward to guiding and inspiring members on their fitness journey!

(ACSM) PERSONAL TRAINER, FOUNDER
Abel Asafere
Abel, a Salisbury University graduate in kinesiology & exercise science, founded RevampFIT in May 2019, starting with group exercise classes for friends and colleagues. With six years of experience as a personal trainer, rehab specialist, and support counselor for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, Abel saw the opportunity to transform the community's health and wellness. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, RevampFIT stepped up, providing workshops, virtual sessions, and fitness guidelines to address the community's physical, social, economic, and mental health challenges. The community's support and recognition of RevampFIT's efforts led to its growth as a full-time service provider, making a significant impact on people from all walks of life.

OPERATIONS MANAGER, ADMINISTRATIVE LEAD
Kidus Asafere
Kidus Asafere is an Information Science graduate of the University of Maryland, with a strong interest in technology and music production. He specializes in diverse fields, including creative operations, digital media design, information systems, data management, and marketing. Kidus aims to leverage innovative approaches to make a positive impact in both the tech and fitness worlds.

Jordan Semititsky
Jordan's journey into fitness began with his childhood love for soccer, growing into a lifelong passion for active living and a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Jordan enjoys staying active through hiking, running, biking, and basketball. Committed to both physical and mental wellness, he incorporates healthy eating and time in nature into his routine. With three years of experience coaching youth soccer and a NASM Personal Training Certification, Jordan is dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, experience the benefits of exercise, and enjoy the training process.

Loren Simpson
Originally from California, Loren has a rich background in diverse physical disciplines, including karate, tennis, and soccer, which led him to his true calling in kickboxing. As a dedicated fitness professional with an extensive background, Loren leverages his diverse experience to create personalized fitness programs that help clients achieve their individual fitness goals. Commited to his craft, Loren continues to enhance his skills in various martial arts disciplines, focusing on resistance and conditioning. He ensures the effectiveness of his methods by personally testing each workout before introducing it to his clients.

Sarah Dash
Sarah Dash completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Machelle Lee in 2016 and brings the grace of a lifelong dancer to her practice. She especially draws inspiration from Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, and Viniyoga, incorporating elements of dance and breathwork into her classes. Sarah loves guiding yoga for all bodies and levels of mobility, believing deeply that yoga is for everybody. Her goal is for students to feel good in their bodies, find calm, and return to center.
