With our Partner Training sessions, you get a tailored fitness program that integrates the benefits of social interaction by training with a partner. You have the option to join with a pre-selected partner such as a friend, family member, or colleague, or we can help you find a partner among our existing members. This way, you can experience the camaraderie of training with someone while also receiving a personalized fitness program.
PROGRAMING AND EXECUTING
As a personal or partner training member, you can choose the frequency and location of your sessions. Your trainer will monitor your progress and keep you and your partner accountable for achieving your fitness goals. Each partner will receive an individually-tailored session plan based on their fitness objectives, current fitness levels, and any potential exercise limitations, all while maintaining a sense of unity, achievement, and camaraderie.
