The PERFECT core Routine (1-3 sets)
Inch worm: 45 seconds
Starfish Sit Up: 45 seconds
Plank: 45 seconds
Bridge Thrust: 45 seconds Each Side
Side Plank/Hip Dip: 45 seconds Each Side
Figure 8's: 45 seconds
Twisting Pistons: 45 seconds
For those of us (almost all of us) that want those six pack abs, may think that we have to spend hours a day trying to get them. That is not the case at all. If you are able to commit to a consistent but short effort you will be amazed at how much better your abs could look in a short period of time when combined with a focused attention to what you are eating as well.
We have uploaded a short 5-7 minute workout that challenges all the large muscles that cover the core (The erector, obliques, hips and of course the transverse and rectus abdominius). We will be training them in all three planes to have a strong, balanced, and functional core. Best of luck and let us know how you liked it!
