Participants will foster skills in functional fitness and basic sports while developing a strong understanding of how to apply the values taught at camp to lead healthy, successful lives. The program emphasizes physical development, functional movement, and healthy eating habits. Each participant will also receive a private consultation with an ACSM-certified trainer to evaluate their goals, fitness level, and body composition. Throughout the camp, they’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to build friendships through fitness, sports, and healthy life skills.
